Information required to obtain a customer return authorization number is:
The type of equipment, such as Model 1000 Pro-Balancer Analyzer.
The serial number of the unit.
Service required; re-calibration or repair.
Your preferred carrier and carrier account number for the return of the equipment.
Any special instructions necessary for the service.
We will provide you with a CAS (Customer Authorized Service) number upon receipt of your request for return form.
Fax or email us a copy of your purchase order and mention the CAS number.
Fill out an inventory form with all items you ship to AeroTecs and place the form, along with a valid purchase order and shipping information inside the equipment box or shipping container. !!! We require all cables and power supply to be included in the shipment. !!! Package your equipment in a container suitable for shipment and display the CAS number prominently on the exterior of the package.
