Turn-around time for re-calibration is 72 hours from the moment that the unit arrives at our facilities under the assumption that no repairs have to be done. Any repairs needing to be done during calibration will be at our normal hourly rate plus the cost of any parts.
Please ask for a Quotation and CAS number prior to sending in your equipment.
Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Your carrier account number for return shipment is required.
Payment terms are “Payment in full to release return shipment”.
48 hour turn around time available upon request subject to 25 % expediting fees.
All shipments without a CAS number on the outside of the package can not be accepted.
